SHOP POLICIES:

Please note that your design consultation is free for the first 15 minutes.  Following that, a $25.00 per hour charge will be assessed.

DIGITIZING FEES:

To have a picture or logo converted into embroidery, as DEPOSIT of $50.00 is required.

Deb’s Custom Creations is not liable for machine malfunction which may damage your item.

Please remember, you are ordering a Custom item, which takes time and attention.  Please be patient, especially during busy times of the year.

RUSH FEES

Will be assessed on any item needed in 1 week or less.

1-2 items – $25.00   2-10 items – $40.00  10+ $50.00

CHRISTMAS RUSH

Beginning 12/1 a $25.00 per item rush fee will be assessed for items Needed before Christmas.  PLEASE GET YOUR ORDERS IN EARLY!!
